Walking Trail Rules and Regulations: Walking Trail is for the sole use of Blue Heron Estates/Montville Lakes Residents and members of Blue Heron Golf Club. Walking Trail is not for public use. Walking is ONLY permitted on the walking trail, not on the Golf Course or its golf cart paths. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an Adult at all times. Bikes, skateboards, roller skates/blades, motorized vehicles, etc. are NOT permitted on the Walking Trail at any time.
